Congratulations, The University of Iowa Graduation is here and you did it!!! You’ve worked hard and you deserve to celebrate in style! We are taking reservations for graduation weekend, but have specifically prepared a plated brunch menu Sunday for a perfect ending to a wonderful weekend. Brunch will be served from 10am to 2 pm on May 16, 2021. Regular menu items will also be available for order at 12:00 pm. . Feel free to check out the menu below. Graduation Brunch Menu

SLOW ROASTED PRIME RIB – 26

10 oz cut, whipped potatoes, seasonal veg, au jus, horseradish cream sauce

ROSEMARY PORK TENDERLOIN – 19

Rosemary and mushroom cream sauce, whipped potatoes, seasonal veg

CLASSIC EGGS BENEDICT – 11

Shaved ham, poached eggs, hollandaise, served with crispy hash browns.

PORTOBELLO BENEDICT – 11 (Vegetarian)

Portobello mushrooms, seared spinach, poached eggs, mushroom marsala sauce,

served with crispy hash browns

FRENCH TOAST – 12

Cinnamon swirl Brioche, whipped cinnamon butter, pure maple syrup

EGGS SONORA – 12 (Vegetarian)

Omelet filled with bean and cheese filled tortilla, topped with queso, pico de gallo,

 guacamole, sour cream, served with hash browns

VEGGIE OMELET – 11 (Vegetarian)

Seared spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, mozzarella,

served with hash browns and garlic toast

Eggs, hash browns, Italian sausage, mushrooms, peppers, and pepper jack cheese

rolled up in a large flour tortilla.  Served with house salsa

IRISH SUNRISE – 12

Corned beef, eggs, peppers and onions, hash browns sourdough toast

BREW HOUSE BREAKFAST – 11

Eggs, hash browns, sourdough toast and your choice of ham, Italian sausage or bacon
